Yes! Provisions for reimbursement to qualified providers for enrolled residents who are temporarily out-of-state is covered. The trust will negotiate pricing with all out-of-state providers, enrolling them in the program. Qualified out-of-state providers are eligible to participate in negotiating for reimbursements.

    What about those that live in “border” Counties and regularly get care from a provider in another state?
