Will I be covered if I get medical treatment outside the state?

A:

Yes! Qualified out-of-state providers can negotiate for reimbursements. Enrolled residents who are temporarily out-of-state will be covered to see those out-of-state providers.

How do you define “qualifies provider”? And would I still be covered if I am out of the country?

We travel a lot in the US. We will need the ability to see doctor in any state at any time. For example, we may need an emergency room visit for a slip and fall or a walk-in clinic visit for virus that has turned into a bronchial, bacterial infection. How will this work?
